What calling card to use, with free access number in the UK?
I live in the UK, and last time I bought a calling card I used the "local access" number from my land line. I live outside of Cardiff, so I thought calling Cardiff would be free. It wasn’t and it cost me every time I made a call. Does anyone know a calling card to use from here, that I can use from my landline that won’t charge me? Local calls in our town are free, but they are sure to not be on the list of national calling cities, anyone run into this same problem? Thanks!
